Auriga to attend Branch Transformation 2021 with a real #NextGenBranch case study

RBR’s BankSec and Branch Transformation 2021 conferences will both be taking place in London at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel between Tuesday 30th November – Wednesday 1st December 2021.

Taking place physically again, there will be 190 organisations attending, including leading banks and industry experts. They will be exploring themes such as: access control, bank security, AI, machine learning, omnichannel, mobile banking and many more.

Auriga will be one of the companies attending the events, showcasing its #NextGenBranch proposition. It is a new, digital, remote, streamlined, customer-oriented branch model, which leverages advanced self-service and technologies.

This includes video and audio conferencing, co-browsing, integration with mobile and AI for analysis data and customer profiling, to increase process efficiency and optimise performance.

The physical Bank4me for you to try

Auriga will have a booth (D4) with a physical Bank4Me desk so that visitors can experience a virtual journey inside #NextGenBranch.

It will demonstrate how to access all the branch services in self-service assisted mode around the clock and interact with a bank’s consultants, via video conference for more complex transactions in a safe and personalised way.

With WWS Fill4Me, another module of the #NextGenBranch, the perspective shifts from the physical branch to remote assistance, using co-browsing for all services through highly advanced customer care.

Developed around expert and competent operators who use accessible communication channels, such as a device and/or mobile, this model follows the customer from a customer education perspective.

This way, customers can be assisted remotely to complete banking operations without the need for face-to-face contact.

A real implementation of the NextGenBranch

Auriga will also present a real example of the #NextGenBranch implementation. Banca Carige, an Italian retail bank, has chosen Auriga and Bank4Me to launch ‘Carige Smart’ whose first digital and smart branch was opened just on Thursday 11th November.

Mark Aldred, VP of International Sales at Auriga, and Silvia Doria Garzarelli, Head of Channels, Payment and Deposit Processes at Banca Carige, the 30th Novemner at 11:50 GMT,  will be discussing how Carige Smart, a digital roadmap with a new app concept, and Filiali Smart, powered by the Auriga #NextGenBranch, aims to provide added value to customers and increase the efficiency of banks.

The opening of the first Carige agency operates and offers advice remotely, it provides a glimpse of a new banking model that overcomes physical barriers.

Thanks to a digital network spread throughout the territory, the most advanced specialist skills will be available in any place, and in real time, alongside traditional banking and financial services.

Our Smart Branches are the first step towards this perspective, and our group is heavily invested seeing its success, as well as the ‘Carige Smart’ project launched last year.

The BankSec event is an important conference in the banking world focused on the security of self-service devices.

Auriga’s experts will also be available to discuss the Lookwise Device Manager (LDM): the modular and multivendor solution of OT cybersecurity. It offers a complete set of functions aimed at protecting, monitoring, and controlling fix-purpose devices such as ATMs, POS terminals, critical infrastructure control systems.
