Auriga will be speaking and exhibiting at two major international banking events in October: The ATM & Payments Innovation Summit (Madrid, 18-19 October) and the 46th Efma Congress on Banking Transformation (Lisbon, 18-19 October).

The focus will be on the technology used to improve banking customer experience in-branch. Auriga will be supported by its customer Millennium BCP bank which will talk about the benefits of Auriga’s solutions.

Auriga, the leading banking software provider, will be exhibiting and speaking at two major international events in October. At the ATM & Payments Innovation Summit and the 46th EFMA Congress Auriga will present its latest technological developments, supported by a case study and testimony from an Auriga customer, the  Portuguese bank Millennium BCP. Auriga will demonstrate its expertise in helping banks achieve truly customer-centric strategies, drive outstanding customer service and be at the forefront of bank branch innovation.

Mark Aldred, Head of International Sales at Auriga, will speak at both events in conjunction with Millennium BCP which will be represented by Sergio Magalhães, the bank’s Digital Transformation Officer. Magalhães will explain how Millennium BCP, a bank with a network of over 600 branches, implemented the Auriga platform. He will outline how Millennium BCP leveraged a combination of software and hardware technology – via assisted self-service devices and digital channels – to deliver an overall improved and more efficient experience for its customers. The cuttingedge technology not only transformed in-branch customer service but also allowed the bank to fulfil increasingly complex and personalised requests. It was thanks to this Project that the Portuguese bank won the international Best ATM/Self-Service Experience award at the 2018 Bank Customer Experience Summit in Chicago. ATM & Payments Innovation Summit

Auriga and Millennium BCP will be speaking at the ATM & Payments Innovation Summit conference as part of discussions around the theme of ATM & Cash Innovation, stream 2, on Thursday, October 18 at 3.45 p.m. Exhibition visitors are invited to visit Auriga from 7:30 a.m. Thursday October 18 to 3.45 p.m. Friday October 19, stand 01/02, to find out more about Auriga’s technology including the WWS Branch suite solution. Video conference functionality will also be available and demo sessions will also be organised for WWS ATM, WWS Cash Management, WWS Asset Management and WWS Business Analytics Management solutions.

46th Efma Congress: Banking Transformation

Auriga will be exhibiting at stand 11 at the 46th Efma Congress where attendees can experience Auriga’s WWS Customer Management solution first hand. The technology consists of the WWS Branch suite solution designed to optimise customer relations management within the bank branch. In particular, Auriga will show how, through face recognition, it is possible to target communication with customers and deliver a more personalised experience, for example by promoting banking products based on user and age groups more accurately. At the Auriga stand visitors can also learn more about the WWS Cash Management, WWS Asset Management and WWS Business Analytics Management solutions that provide banks with both innovation and efficiency. Visitors can also discover how these solutions help banks derive accurate scenarios for future banking and business trends thanks to their forecast analysis functions. Auriga and Millennium BCP will also being giving a talk at the 46th Efma Congress on Friday, October 19 at 10:00 a.m.
