Meet Auriga at Branch Transformation 2018 in London – The Future is Phygital

550 industry players exploring the digital transformation opportunities

We are excited to be attending and sponsoring the RBR Branch Transformation conference and exhibition on 27-28th November 2018 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London. Branch Transformation is the world’s leading conference dedicated to branch and digital transformation. More than 550 pioneering banks and industry partners from over 50 countries worldwide are brought around a rich agenda of talks and operational feedback. They will explore concrete cases of financial institutions that have adopted advanced models of digital transformation.

This year Auriga will once again be in attendance. At our booth (stand 6), we will showcase how our WinWebServer (WWS) omnichannel banking software suite is truly multi-vendor and can enable the digital transformation of bank branches.

UBI Banca’s success thanks to WWS Branch

On the conference stage, participants have the chance to hear about the experiences of our customer UBI Banca, the third largest Italian commercial banking group, in creating a new client interaction platform for the bank’s new branch model. Nicola Testa, Head of Application Management and Middle Tier – Omnichannel Applications, at UBI Banca (Italy) will be talking at 11.45am, 28th November on stream 1. He will be joined by Mark Aldred, Head of Sales, Auriga.

Experience Auriga’s technology first-hand at Branch Transformation 2018

Exhibition visitors are invited to visit Auriga at stand 6 to find out more about its technology, including the WWS Branch suite solution and the WWS Customer Management solution. This solution in particular is designed to optimise the customer in-branch experience.

Auriga will show how, through facial recognition, it is possible to target communication with customers and deliver a more personalised experience, for example by promoting banking products based on user and age groups more accurately. At the Auriga stand, demo sessions will also be offered for WWS Cash Management, WWS Asset Management and WWS Business Analytics Management solutions that provide banks with both innovation and efficiency.
