On November 28th and 29th in London, at the trade show dedicated to the latest developments in digital banking, Auriga will present its solutions and the innovative transformation of Millennium bcp bank.

The annual Branch Transformation conference in London is an opportunity for banking operators to meet and stay abreast of new technologies that can improve processes and reduce costs. It brings together industry players around a rich agenda of talks and operational feedback, exploring concrete cases of financial institutions that have adopted advanced models of digital transformation.

This year Auriga will once again be in attendance, with a stand to meet participants and demonstrate how cutting-edge technologies can facilitate innovative scenarios, bring banks closer to their customers and help their phygital business thrive, by seamlessly integrating physical and digital channels.

On November 28 th at 2:00 pm, the “ Alternative branch formats and designs ” session will welcome Auriga’s Nicola Simeone, Head of Professional Services, and Sergio Magalhães, Head of Branch of the Future, Millennium bcp , Portugal. The leading Portuguese bank successfully implemented WWS Branch solutions with Auriga and redesigned its branches, enhancing functionality as well as the bank’s image. The newly transformed branches now have “Digital Experience Zones”, where innovative technologies and assisted self-service terminals – dubbed “Millennium Teller Machines” – have replaced conventional devices. Thanks to Auriga’s software, the bank can offer new services to customers and better meet their needs, leading to greater satisfaction as well as reduced cutting costs.
