Auriga is set to participate in this year’s Future Banks Summit, taking place on 17–18 June 2025 at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai. The event will bring together over 300 banking leaders to discuss key innovations driving the future of finance, including AI, RegTech, automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
Starting on Tuesday 17th June, Brendan Thorpe, Customer Success Manager at Auriga, and Alexis Haessler, Regional Head at ACI Worldwide, will speak on a joint panel session exploring how modern banking architectures are transforming payments and self-service channels.
The session will take place from 13:35-13:55 local time in the main event space. It will explore the growing importance of omnichannel solutions in improving service availability, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The speakers will also examine how flexible banking models, including outsourcing and resource pooling, can help boost cost efficiency and optimise services, using real-world case studies to bring these points to life.
This presentation comes as part of the ongoing strategic partnership between Auriga and ACI Worldwide, established in 2021 with the integration of Auriga’s WinWebServer (WWS) platform into ACI’s Enterprise Payments Platform. Together, the companies provide banks with next-generation self-service banking, streamlining operations and supporting customer-centric transformation.
Auriga’s experts will also be available on site to discuss the company’s offerings and the latest innovations in omnichannel solutions.
Beyond the panel, the Future Banks Summit will host a comprehensive agenda of keynotes, discussions, and exhibitions, focusing on the technologies disrupting global banking and what lies ahead for the sector.
