Over a quarter of these devices are located in bank branches, while the remainder are in shopping centres, petrol stations and pharmacies, amongst other businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leonte Pallais<\/strong>, General Manager of 5B said;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe are confident that with help from Auriga we will positively impact our customer experience and offer greater operational efficiency, cost reduction and, consequently, overall business growth. At 5B we work hard to positively impact communities, companies and families\u201d<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The project will see the implementation of Auriga\u2019s <strong>WinWebServer (WWS) ATM<\/strong> solution, which provides everything needed to manage an ATM network of this size, including terminal management, transaction reconciliation, and remote key management.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, 5B will be utilising two specialist WWS modules: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurigaspa.com\/en\/banking\/products-and-solutions\/network-monitoring-and-fraud-management\/wws-proactive-monitoring-manager\/\">WWS Proactive Monitoring OMNIA<\/a><\/strong> to assure the highest network availability for 5B\u2019s\u00a0 self-service devices; and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurigaspa.com\/en\/banking\/products-and-solutions\/bank-marketing-digital-signage\/wws-onetoone-omnia\/\">WWS One to One OMNIA<\/a><\/strong>, for planning and editing marketing and customer relations campaigns across 5B\u2019s ATMs.<\/p>\n<p>Auriga\u2019s WWS platform solutions can drive the execution of multi-function banking services across all channels including mobile devices, kiosks and ATMs to increase the profitability of customer relationships.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe are excited to partner with 5B on this project.
