IOLE offers a wide range of functions dependent on the needs of the customer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrates into the Bank4Me desk and is activated by <strong>motion sensors<\/strong> to <strong>welcome<\/strong> the customer and offer its services.<\/li>\n<li>Offers fully <strong>automated assistance<\/strong> through <strong>voice commands<\/strong>, without the need for the customer to physically interact with the Bank4Me desk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Explains<\/strong> the <strong>functions<\/strong> and <strong>components<\/strong> of the Bank4Me desk, allowing customers to become familiar with the entire workstation.<\/li>\n<li>Provides <strong>information<\/strong> regarding all operations that can be carried out with Bank4Me including account balance checks, transactions, branch opening\/closing times, and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Completes a <strong>transaction<\/strong> on behalf of the customer and guarantees the accuracy of its execution.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomously <strong>starts<\/strong> <strong>interaction<\/strong> with a <strong>bank\u2019s consultants<\/strong> via <strong>video conference<\/strong> for more complex transactions in a safe and personalised way, if required by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vincenzo Fiore, CEO of Auriga said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>We are committed to creating innovative software and setting the benchmark for banking service solutions that truly serve the needs of customers, banks, and ATM operators.
