They will be exploring themes such as: access control, bank security, AI, machine learning, omnichannel, mobile banking and many more.<\/p>\n<p>Auriga will be one of the companies attending the events, showcasing its <strong>#NextGenBranch <\/strong>proposition. It is a new, digital, remote, streamlined, customer-oriented branch model, which leverages advanced self-service and technologies.<\/p>\n<p>This includes video and audio conferencing, co-browsing, integration with mobile and AI for analysis data and customer profiling, to increase process efficiency and optimise performance.<\/p>\n<h2>The physical Bank4me for you to try<\/h2>\n<p>Auriga will have a booth (<strong>D4<\/strong>) with a physical <strong>Bank4Me <\/strong>desk so that visitors can experience a <strong>virtual journey <\/strong>inside #NextGenBranch.<\/p>\n<p>It will demonstrate how to access all the\u00a0branch\u00a0services in <strong>self-service assisted mode<\/strong> around the clock and interact with a bank&#8217;s consultants, via video conference for more complex transactions in a safe and personalised way.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>WWS Fill4Me<\/strong>, another module of the #NextGenBranch, the perspective shifts from the <strong>physical branch<\/strong> to <strong>remote assistance<\/strong>, using <strong>co-browsing<\/strong> for all services through highly <strong>advanced customer care.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Developed around expert and competent operators who use accessible communication channels, such as a device and\/or mobile, this model follows the customer from a customer education perspective.<\/p>\n<p>This way, customers can be assisted remotely to complete banking operations without the need for face-to-face contact.<\/p>\n<h2>A real implementation of the NextGenBranch<\/h2>\n<p>Auriga will also present a real example of the #NextGenBranch implementation. <strong>Banca Carige<\/strong>, an Italian retail bank, has chosen Auriga and Bank4Me to launch <strong>\u2018Carige Smart\u2019<\/strong> whose first digital and smart branch was opened just on Thursday 11<sup>th<\/sup> November.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mark Aldred, <\/strong><strong>VP of International Sales <\/strong>at Auriga, and <strong>Silvia Doria Garzarelli, <\/strong><strong>Head of Channels, Payment and Deposit Processes <\/strong>at Banca Carige, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbrlondon.com\/conferences\/bt\/agenda\/\"><strong>30th Novemner at 11:50 GMT<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0 will be discussing how Carige Smart, a digital roadmap with a new app concept, and Filiali Smart, powered by the Auriga #NextGenBranch, aims to provide added value to customers and increase the efficiency of banks.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The opening of the first Carige agency operates and offers advice remotely, it provides a glimpse of a new banking model that overcomes physical barriers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Silvia Garzarelli Doria comments.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Thanks to a digital network spread throughout the territory, the most advanced specialist skills will be available in any place, and in real time, alongside traditional banking and financial services.<\/p>\n<p>Our Smart Branches are the first step towards this perspective, and our group is heavily invested seeing its success, as well as the \u2018Carige Smart\u2019 project launched last year.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The BankSec event is an important conference in the banking world focused on the security of self-service devices.<\/p>\n<p>Auriga\u2019s experts will also be available to discuss the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurigaspa.com\/en\/banking\/products-and-solutions\/cyber-security-platform\/lookwise-device-manager\/\">Lookwise Device Manager (LDM)<\/a>: the modular and multivendor solution of OT cybersecurity.
