Auriga will be supported by its customer <strong>Millennium BCP<\/strong> <strong>bank <\/strong>which will talk about the benefits of Auriga\u2019s solutions<\/em><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Auriga, the leading <strong>banking<\/strong> software provider, will be exhibiting and speaking at two major international events in October. At the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmia.com\/conferences\/europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATM &amp; Payments Innovation Summit<\/a> and the 46th <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efma.com\/conference\/overview\/620\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EFMA Congress<\/a> Auriga will present its latest <strong>technological developments<\/strong>, supported by a case study and testimony from an Auriga customer, the \u00a0Portuguese bank Millennium BCP<strong>.<\/strong> Auriga will demonstrate its expertise in helping banks achieve truly <strong>customer-centric strategies<\/strong>, drive outstanding customer service and be at the forefront of <strong>bank branch innovatio<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mark Aldred, Head of International Sales<\/strong> at Auriga, will speak at both events in conjunction with <a href=\"https:\/\/ind.millenniumbcp.pt\/en\/particulares\/Pages\/Welcome.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Millennium BCP<\/a> which will be represented by S<strong>ergio Magalh\u00e3es, the bank\u2019s Digital Transformation Officer<\/strong>. Magalh\u00e3es will explain how Millennium BCP, a bank with a network of over 600 branches, implemented the <strong>Auriga<\/strong> <strong>platform<\/strong>. He will outline how Millennium BCP leveraged a combination of <strong>software<\/strong> and <strong>hardware<\/strong> <strong>technology<\/strong> \u2013 via <strong>assisted self-service devices<\/strong> and <strong>digital<\/strong> <strong>channels<\/strong> \u2013 to deliver an overall improved and more efficient experience for its customers. The <strong>cutting<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>edge<\/strong> <strong>technology<\/strong> not only transformed in-branch customer service but also allowed the bank to fulfil increasingly complex and personalised requests.
