To meet this need for in depth performance analysis of every customer facing device ( such as ATMs, ASDs, kiosks, tablets, Digital Signage Monitors and PDUs), Auriga has developed WWS Asset Management, an application module of the WinWebServer (WWS) suite. WWS Asset Management enables banks to survey, monitor and analyse all the equipment on their network.<\/p>\n

Centralizing and sharing data is essential to maintain a constant view the stages of an asset\u2019s life cycle.<\/p>\n

WWS Asset Management collects key data including location, status, Hardware and Software (XFS SW, Custom SW) characteristics, connected peripherals and the hierarchical relation between individual devices, in order to create an exhaustive inventory of the networked assets.<\/p>\n

With this data, WWS AM can immediately and thoroughly analyze devices and their functions.<\/p>\n

This data can then be used to plan maintenance efficiently and effectively, therefore avoiding unplanned call-outs or running obsolete devices.<\/p>\n

    Once installed and configured, the module scans the branches\u2019 equipment, across all distribution channels and physical locations, and collects both hardware and software information.<\/p>\n

    The application interface can be configured to display data and generate reports according to user-predefined criteria (branch, area, bank or group of banks).<\/p>\n

    Its predictive analysis algorithm uses 24 months of past data to provide precise maintenance and operation scenarios for every single device.<\/p>\n
